These pages are not ready to publish. Anything shown
as to be supplied is a value nobody has
confirmed — it must not be guessed. Still outstanding across the
policy pages: Support phone, Grievance officer phone. Set them
in src/data/legal.ts. Have the finished pages read by
whoever handles the organisers' legal affairs before going live or
submitting for payment-gateway review; this banner disappears on its
own once nothing is left unset.
Who these terms are with
This site is operated by Megha Services Private Limited, trading as Femina Miss India Telangana. Submitting an application means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not submit an application.
Eligibility
The eligibility criteria are set out on the entry form and must be met at the time of applying. An application that does not meet them will not be assessed. Giving false information is grounds for disqualification at any stage, including after a title has been awarded, and no fee is refunded in that case.
The application fee
A fee of ₹999 (INR) is payable when the form is submitted. A single one-time charge. No subscription and no recurring debit. It covers the processing and assessment of the application. It does not purchase a place in the competition, an audition, or any outcome.
Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Payment
Payments are handled by PayU. Card and bank details are entered on PayU's pages, and are not seen or stored by this site. A payment is only complete once PayU confirms it; an application whose payment fails is not entered.
Selection
Shortlisting, audition results and the final decision rest with the organisers and the judging panel. Those decisions are final, and the organisers are not obliged to give reasons. No correspondence about a selection decision will be entered into.
Photographs and material you submit
You confirm that the photographs you upload are of you, that you are entitled to submit them, and that no one else's rights are infringed by doing so. You keep ownership of them. You allow the organisers to use them for the purpose of assessing your application. Any wider use — campaign material, social media or press — is asked for separately, and refusing does not affect your application.
Conduct
Applicants who reach the audition or grooming stages are expected to follow the instructions given by the organisers. The organisers may withdraw an applicant whose conduct puts others at risk or brings the competition into disrepute.
Changes to the competition
Dates, venues and format may change; announcements are published on this site and sent to affected applicants. If the competition is cancelled outright and not rescheduled, application fees are refunded in full.
Liability
The organisers are responsible for what these terms promise. They are not responsible for travel, accommodation or other costs an applicant chooses to incur, nor for failures of a third party such as a payment gateway or email provider, beyond refunding a fee that was taken but not honoured. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
